Hey everyone, and welcome to Katie for Life! Check out my About Me page the quick and dirty version of why I started this blog. I have a feeling that there are lots of you out there facing the same struggles that I do, so I figured: Why can’t we do this together?

I hope that you will consider joining me on my journey to overcome my unhealthy habits and work towards my happy, healthy body. I can’t promise that it will happen overnight, because if there is one thing that I have learned: it’s not easy for me. I don’t crave healthy food and I don’t wake up rearing to head to the gym. But unfortunately, I’ve learned the hard way that if I don’t watch what I eat and workout regularly, the weight creeps on. And I’m not okay with that.

I’m a busy girl and will tell you from the get go that I don’t have time to commit my life to blogging. Still, I promise to check in regularly and share my struggles and successes on my journey to the healthiest me. I want you to share yours too!
