Weekly Check-In

I’m just popping in to say hello, because I have a spin class to get to!

I made the time for my weekly weigh-in this morning, and I have lost 3.2 pounds since I weighed myself last (a few weeks ago)! It looks like all of the mindful changes that I’ve been making are working. These include:

  1. Tracking my food intake and workouts on MyFitnessPal
  2. Working out at least 4 times a week
  3. Focusing on eating enough veggies and protein (Carbs are not an issue for me :))
  4. Not starving myself and allowing myself to indulge daily in moderation

It’s encouraging and motivating to see the number on the scale go down. I’m feeling really happy and healthier every day (now that I have made certain realizations …)
